Well, Fiona, have I got more news for you!
It is night time now. I am a bit tired, which is not at all
strange considering I was almost arrested and had to spend more
time former drag racer, this one a taxi driver!
As it turned out, the government did not like me just dropping
into their country like I did (It didn't seem to matter that I
was kind of manipulated into falling into Spain, it just
matters that I came in without getting my passport stamped.
Anyway, someone from Teglet saved the day when I called them
they explained everything. Teglet must have friends in high
places in Spain because after that phone call everyone was very
nice to me!
But then I made the mistake of taking a taxi to my hotel. Talk
about nutty! That was a wild taxi drive! Worse than the bus if
that is possible!

My! Fiona!
It is morning in Madrid. Isn't that fun? I am surprised that
taxi got me back to a place I could sleep, but it did.
I am a bit more calm, too. Things are looking much better now
that I have a passport stamp and I still have my credit card. I
am going sightseeing . . . on foot!
